This site introduces Owens Digital Workshop LLC and provides information about our apps and the Idea Lab.

Visits and hosting

Loading a website sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the requested page to its hosting services. Those services may process technical records to deliver pages, maintain security, and operate their infrastructure.

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics services, or mailing-list forms to this website. This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Access to a private preview may require an OpenAI sign-in, handled by OpenAI. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its services.

Your shared ODW account

ODW uses its existing Supabase account service to verify your email and password. Your ODW identifier, verified email, and display name connect you to participating apps. Each app keeps its own activity and profile data. Creating an ODW login does not enroll you in every app.

We use essential, secure cookies to maintain your sign-in. Login tokens are encrypted on our servers and are not stored in browser-readable storage. Sign-in attempts use temporary hashed connection identifiers to reduce abuse. App sessions last up to 30 days unless you sign out or the account service revokes them.

You can reset your password and sign out across connected apps from your ODW account. Deleting an app profile does not delete your shared ODW account. Contact support to request access to or deletion of your shared account data.

Feedback you submit

Our Idea Lab form collects the app or new-app category, feedback type, summary, description, intended audience, desired prototype outcome, and any context or email information you choose to provide. An email is optional. We store submissions privately to investigate problems and improve our apps. Relevant support-email feedback may be summarized into the same review queue. We use AI-assisted analysis through OpenAI to group reports, prepare recommendations, and create a separate prototype after the company owner approves a proposal. Feedback is not posted publicly or sold.

We retain feedback while it is useful for support and product planning. To request access or deletion, contact support with your feedback reference. Avoid submitting passwords, payment details, photos, or other sensitive information. For spam prevention, we temporarily retain a salted hash derived from the connection address and hour, rather than the raw address, in hourly buckets that expire after two hours and are removed on a subsequent submission. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs.

Private review access

The owner’s review area requires an authorized ODW account. Public feedback submissions do not require an account. Sign-in identity is used to restrict the review area and record the owner’s decisions. Prototype work remains separate from released apps until the owner takes an additional release or publication action.
